I’m Paula Jones, Founder and Principal Consultant of Jones Resilience Group. I help individuals, leaders, and organizations build resilience, navigate change, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re facing transition, team challenges, or the pressure of leading in uncertain times, I partner with you to develop practical strategies that lead to lasting results. Together, we turn obstacles into growth and intention into action.

Paula L. Jones is a Principal Consultant, Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, author, and communications professional who helps leaders, teams, and organizations build resilience, strengthen communication, and achieve long-term, sustainable results. Our whole-person model doesn't change based on your industry. It changes based on your people. And your people are human, regardless of what sector you're in.

Paula brings broad cross-sector experience, having worked in the corporate, small-business, government, nonprofit, and educational sectors. She has led initiatives in communications, workforce development, program design, and community engagement, equipping organizations with practical strategies that improve team effectiveness, leadership capacity, and stakeholder connection. Known for her engaging and relatable teaching style, she frequently delivers workshops, training sessions, and consulting services to translate insights into real-world action.

Paula attended Oklahoma State University (Public Service). In 2025, she was bestowed an Honorary Doctorate in Transformational Ministry from Vision Christian University, recognizing her impact in leadership, ministry, and personal development.

At her core, Paula is passionate about helping people and organizations do meaningful work, and build systems that support lasting growth.

I’m William P. Jones, Co-Founder and Consultant at Jones Resilience Group. I help leaders, teams, and organizations strengthen their people, navigate transition, and build systems that support long-term success. Drawing on decades of experience in counseling, workforce development, and community leadership, I bring a practical, steady approach to solving problems and moving organizations forward. If you’re ready to build stronger teams and more resilient outcomes, I’m here to help.

William P. Jones is a leadership and workforce development consultant with more than 20 years of experience in counseling, career preparation, and community leadership. A retired United States Air Force mental health professional, he brings extensive training in personnel management, strategic decision-making, and team leadership. William has also served as a Career Transition and Career Preparation Specialist at Guthrie Job Corps, helping individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to enter and advance in the workforce. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with distinction in Psychology from Park University and an Associate’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Community College of the Air Force.

In addition, William has spent over two decades helping lead the Oklahoma City MLK Alliance, playing a key role in organizing the city’s annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade and related events while building partnerships that strengthen community engagement and collaboration.
